Design:

To design a safe anchor product that works on cool store buildings, we at Collins Corporation Ltd. worked with Metalcraft Insulated Panels Systems Division to arrive at a suitable point of attachment. The Safetor Poly Panel Anchor (SPP-TA) is a new shock absorbing fall protection anchor device, designed to protect both the worker and the building that it is attached to. For use on Trapezoidal Panels.

Reduce Loading:

The anchors we have designed for use on cool store buildings are able to bend and absorb the full force of the load on the Poly Panel. If a fall were to occur, the panel would be protected from damage.

Approved by

The SPPA height safety anchor is the only one approved by Metalcraft for installation on Metalcraft Insulated Coolstore Panels.

Coatings

Plascoat PPA 571 ES is resistant to stress cracking, adverse weather conditions, detergents, salt spray and typical airborne pollutants. The coating maintains excellent adhesion to the metal substrate without the need for a separate primer. The material also provides good abrasion and impact resistance.
